At Happier in Wellies Events, we believe that life’s best moments are the ones shared outdoors - surrounded by fresh air, rolling fields, and the people who make you happiest.

We’re Georgi and Jack, the duo behind Happier in Wellies, and we’ve both been lucky enough to call the countryside home all our lives. It’s where we grew up, where we feel most at peace, and where our inspiration for creating beautiful, nature-filled celebrations began.

Georgi has always had a love for farming, the seaside, and all things rural - from caring for her own flock of sheep to dreaming of one day adding a Shetland pony (or two!) to the family. After years as a dedicated headteacher, she decided it was time for a new adventure, one that allowed more time outdoors, more creativity, and a better balance between work and life.

​

Jack shares that same passion for the countryside, having spent much of his childhood on the farm and travelling the world before settling back into rural life. When he’s not working alongside Georgi to bring events to life, he’s running his own tree surgery business, one of the many hats he wears with pride and skill.

Together, we make the ultimate team - combining creativity, practicality, and a shared love of the outdoors to deliver unforgettable events filled with warmth, quality, and a touch of rustic charm. Whether it’s a luxury wedding, a countryside party, or bespoke event hire, we’re here to make sure every detail is perfectly in place.
